Creativity meets Technical Precision: A Premium Commercial Project by Masterwork Space

We have successfully implemented a complete design project for Vision Club in Dubai. The premises were initially in “stock” (as-is) condition. Our team performed a comprehensive makeover, including:

• MEP Works: Full overhaul of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Climate & Ambience: Installation of an automated ducted scenting system integrated into the HVAC (air conditioning).
• Custom Joinery: Manufacturing and installation of all built-in furniture.
• Kitchen Refurbishment: Professional repainting of kitchen units and installation of a new artificial stone (solid surface) countertop.

за комплексный ремонт и подряд по созданию действительно крутого пространства. Это был проект, в котором важно было не просто «сделать ремонт», а реализовать идею — местами довольно творческую и нестандартную — и при этом сохранить высокий уровень техники, качества и профессионализма. С этой задачей команда справилась на 100%.
Отдельно хочется отметить подход к работе: огромное количество уточнений, внимательность к деталям, постоянная обратная связь и поддержка на всех этапах. Команда консультировала даже в тех моментах, которые формально можно было бы пропустить, — и именно это сильно отличает их от большинства подрядчиков.
Очень комфортно было взаимодействовать с менеджером проекта: всегда на связи, готов помочь, объяснить, предложить решение или пойти навстречу.
Отдельное большое спасибо Фанилю — за профессиональное ведение проекта и коммуникацию. Всё было выстроено чётко, спокойно и по делу: вопросы решались оперативно, без напряжения, с полным ощущением контроля и надёжности. Это тот редкий случай, когда ты как заказчик действительно чувствуешь поддержку, а не просто «ведение по регламенту».
Закупка материалов велась максимально ответственно: все решения принимались в интересах заказчика, с хорошим балансом цена–качество. В итоге ремонт был выполнен с использованием качественных материалов, без попыток сэкономить в ущерб результату.
Отдельно хочу отметить человеческий фактор — руководство и всю команду. Коммуникация была корректной, спокойной и конструктивной даже в моментах, где что-то требовалось переделать или доработать. Важно, что команда даёт гарантию на выполненные работы и уже после завершения проекта готова идти навстречу и исправлять нюансы, которые могут проявиться только после окончания всех строительных и отделочных работ.

Finally, I want to highlight the “human factor.” The entire team remained constructive and professional, even when adjustments were needed. It is also vital that the company provides a warranty and remains ready to fine-tune details that only become apparent after the move-in.
