Interior design and drawings
We sell design on its own. A villa or apartment can start here and stop here — or go on to a fit-out with the same drawings.
What you get
- A plan of the space that can actually be built
- 3D of the rooms before anyone opens a wall
- Working drawings for finishes — and for joinery, if the project needs it
We are not a styling studio. The drawings have to survive a developer NOC, DCD if the layout changes, and a crew on site.
If you already have a designer, we can take the project from the permit onward. If you want only the drawings — that is a separate job, with its own price.
