Before & After: A Budget 1-Bedroom Transformation in JLT
Concept: A complete transformation of a one-bedroom apartment in Jumeirah Lake Towers — from a tired, dated state into a fresh, modern turnkey interior on a minimal budget. We replaced the kitchen, redid two bathrooms, refreshed wall, ceiling and floor finishes, and tidied up the engineering. The same footprint — a completely different space.
